RETURN, REFUND POLICY

Returns:

www.chetakbooks.com will accept returns of the books purchased through the website www.chetakbooks.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned as follows : Customer will have to inform www.chetakbooks.com of their intention to return the product within 12 hrs of receipt of the books at their destination. Return is to be sent only after written email consent from www.chetakbooks.com to send back the product. Returns, if any, have to be made within 2 days of receiving the books and same should be received to the www.chetakbooks.com address mentioned on this website within 5 days. The book should be in its original, unused condition is to be returned. Books damaged, used will not be accepted as returns or refunded.

Refunds:

• • The refunds refund will be made in reasonable time. On receipt of the books, a confirmation will be sent to the customer on the status of the same and a refund initiated.
  • The refund will be in the form of a check only.

No refunds will be made in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
Package refused by recipient.
Products returned found in a used or damaged condition.
