SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within two working days. Tracking numbers, if available will be e-mailed or send by sms/whatApp on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address / mobile number provided by the customer.
Packages shipped by www.chetakbooks.com are not insured against loss or damage. Customer need to check the packet/parcel while accepting the same.
Depending on the product availability, few orders might take upto 15 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail / phone if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the books in time.
We dispatch all our books through India Post. To get the ordered books in time kindly provide your PIN code.
